I’m just a little cavalier about it all…
I received our first Home Chef meal kit today, so I excitedly un-boxed it. I have a few first impressions of the service, but dinnertime will reveal more details, I’m sure.
These pork chops were flavorful and tender, and I enjoyed the nostalgic memory of the old Shake and Bake commercials, as I shook the chops in the breadcrumbs baggie.
The stuffed pepper dish with quinoa substituting for rice was a good dish, though I wouldn’t classify it as great. Still, it was easy and a little different, and I think most people will like it.
Quick and easy, plus a really good mix of flavors makes this dinner a new favorite of ours.

Since we are not fans of chicken breasts, we found the meat to be too dry, but if you are a fan of white meat, then you’ll probably love this one. The dill sauce tastes great.

Super-easy to make, the Tex Mex Tilapia with couscous and green beans was pretty good. I’d make it again.
