Summary

This dish was disappointing. The cod cakes were actually pretty good, and they would make great “fillet-o-fish” sandwiches. But the noodles weren’t very flavorful, and the two things just didn’t really seem to go together.

You see my messy hands in the photos? It was next to impossible to get the cod mixture off of my hands while making the patties. That was pretty frustrating.

And I’m not sure how much you can see in the photos, but the nice golden crust on the cod cakes mostly ended up being nice golden crusts left in the pan. Only one cake came out with the crust intact. The rest pretty much remained crustless, as it all stuck to the pan.
