Definitely A Crowd Pleaser
This is a fantastic meal kit to choose if you want great flavor that is quick and easy. Gail raved about this dish the whole time she was eating it. I worked hard today, and got lots done, so when it came time for dinner, I chose the kit that I thought would be the easiest to make. I won’t know until I cook the other two kits if I was right or not, but it was definitely easy, and positively quick.
For all that simplicity and speed, it didn’t disappoint in the flavor. The scrumptiously earthy mushrooms were balanced out by the creamy sauce. And it wasn’t too much sauce…just enough for flavor without being overwhelmingly rich.
This would be a simple dish to recreate if you wanted to as well.
Glance through the recipe instructions before you begin. Some recipes ask you to chop veggies in the middle of the process, usually while something else is cooking on the stove. I recommend ignoring those instructions. Instead, prep all your veggies before you do anything else. (You can preheat your oven during this time). If you are anything like me, trying to chop vegetables while watching over the cooking process will usually end up with overcooked or burned food, or even knicked fingers.
