Summary

This is the last meal we’ll be having from Home Chef, most likely, and I’m glad the last one was pretty good. The jerk sauce flavor was new to both of us, so it was a nice change from the usual.

The combination of flavors – jerk sauce, pineapple, chicken, sauteed onions, poblano peppers, tomatoes, and lime-pickled onions – worked well together. I would probably add a little more pineapple and skip the pickled onions next time, but it was a satisfying dish as is. I wouldn’t rave about it, but it was pretty good.
