One-Pan Mushroom Ravioli Gratin with Crispy Parmesan Crust

This dish was quick, easy, and extremely delicious! We devoured it and couldn’t stop talking about how good it was.

The only thing that took a little time was stripping the leaves from the stems of the thyme, and that is probably just me doing it wrong.

Note: Although this is a one-pan meal, that only applies if you have an oven-safe pan. Since mine wasn’t, this ended up being a two-pan meal. Still easy peasy in spite of that!

This dish was a definite winner, that would probably satisfy almost everyone. And it there was almost no mess to clean up. Yay!

Tip

Glance through the recipe instructions before you begin. Some recipes ask you to chop veggies in the middle of the process, usually while something else is cooking on the stove. I recommend ignoring those instructions. Instead, prep all your veggies before you do anything else. (You can preheat your oven during this time). If you are anything like me, trying to chop vegetables while watching over the cooking process will usually end up with overcooked or burned food, or even knicked fingers.
