Liked These More Than I Expected To
I love Mexican food, although enchiladas aren’t really my favorites. Nevertheless, I decided to give this meal kit a try, and I’m glad I did! It was surprisingly better than I expected, and probably better than most I’ve tried in restaurants. I was a little worried that it wouldn’t be filling enough, but I needn’t have worried. One enchilada filled me up and Gail said hers did too.
Prep was quick and easy, and there was almost no mess to clean up afterwards. I totally enjoyed this meal, and I’ll definitely order it again.
Glance through the recipe instructions before you begin. Some recipes ask you to chop veggies in the middle of the process, usually while something else is cooking on the stove. I recommend ignoring those instructions. Instead, prep all your veggies before you do anything else. (You can preheat your oven during this time). If you are anything like me, trying to chop vegetables while watching over the cooking process will usually end up with overcooked or burned food, or even knicked fingers.
