If you love mushrooms and pizza, you’ll really dig these Truffled Mushroom Flatbreads. The shallots and truffle oil, along with some Italian seasoning, gives the earthy mushrooms just the right flavor enhancement. It is one of the easiest meals to make, and just as easy to clean up afterwards. This is a perfect meal when you’re in a hurry or just tired and don’t want to spend too much energy to create a flavorful meal. I’d like to eat this often. Gail would love that too!

I recommend ignoring those instructions. Instead, prep all your veggies before you do anything else. (You can preheat your oven during this time).
