This dish was edible, but mostly because the tartar sauce gave it some kick. The salmon burgers would have been pretty blah without that.
The “fried rice” in this case is a grain called “freekeh” and it is a perfect substitute for rice. The different flavors worked very well together to create a yummy, can’t-stop-eating-it, Chinese-style vegetarian meal.
These sweet potato quesadillas are flavorful and delicious. You can’t go wrong with this Blue Apron meal kit. Yum!
“Strange”. “Odd”. These are accurate descriptions of Za’atar Roasted Cauliflower over Date-Farro Salad but another word that fits is “Yummy-Yum-Yum”. Go easy on the pickled shallots and I think you’ll love it.
If you are a chicken and potatoes kind of person, you’ll probably enjoy the Balsamic Glazed Chicken Thighs with roasted potatoes and green beans.
The only thing better than making an easy, quick meal, is eating one that tastes great. This BBQ Pork Burger with Zucchini Fries meal kit was very good.
The seared chicken over couscous dinner was a decent meal. Not bad, even if it was a little on the strange side. I’d eat it again, I suppose.
I would never have guessed that sweet potatoes, kale, and tilapia would come together to form a really tasty meal. Surprise! It was very good!
